Motto; “Trying to raise today's youth with the teachings of yesterday, It means stealing their future." In our conference, which we can express as follows and where we discussed the "Past, Present and Future of Business Education", at the point of presenting a common vision and basic principles for the future of business education systems, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) declared two basic principles in the Education and Skills 2030 Project. We aim to seek answers to the question with a large participation of you, esteemed Public-Private Sector representatives, Non-Governmental Organizations Representatives, Thought Leaders, Experts, Faculty Members and Students. - What knowledge, skills, attitudes and values do today's students need to be successful and shape their world? - How can education systems effectively develop these knowledge, skills, attitudes and values? We are aware that we are in a period where traditional education, training and learning methods are inadequate. Educational institutions that follow traditional methods still follow the industrial model, which focuses on content and testing answers to known questions. The challenges we face, that is, the social, economic and environmental problems triggered by accelerated globalization and faster technological developments, emphasize the need to raise students who are connected to effective mastery strategies, who are open to the future and change, and who have certain personal characteristics and abilities. Within the framework of these approaches, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Biga Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration brings together a group of Public-Private Sectors, NGO Representatives, Entrepreneurs and Students from all over our country to hold meaningful discussions around current issues, trends and challenges in business education. We aim to reveal innovative areas of research and application, develop a deeper understanding of the field, inspire new ideas and approaches, and contribute to the global advancement of education.
