Dr. The project in which Erdal Aydın took part as members of the Civil Participation Task Force (SKGG) aims to strengthen civil participation and volunteerism for democratic local governance in Turkey.
Thanks to the project, it is planned to strengthen the dialogue and cooperation between non-governmental organizations and to prepare a draft study that will form the basis of the legal framework regarding volunteering in Turkey.
The total budget of the project, which will be implemented between 2023 and 2025, is approximately 5.8 million USD. 60% of the said budget will be allocated to local projects to be carried out in partnership with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), local governments and public administrations through the Civil Participation Grant Program.
