The Dr. H. İbrahim Bodur Entrepreneurship Application and Research Center aims to: Contribute academically to the entrepreneurial dimension of master's and doctoral level courses by conducting research on entrepreneurship. Collaborate with universities and various organizations both nationally and internationally on entrepreneurship. Compile recommendations for fostering entrepreneurship by facilitating the initiation, management, growth, encouragement, and understanding of business ventures. This includes collaborating with local and regional organizations, creating suitable models and programs, implementing these programs collectively, and processing the results. Conduct examinations, develop recommendations, and generate solutions in order to support aspiring entrepreneurs through education and consulting, raising their knowledge and skill levels to enhance their success in entrepreneurship.

Provide experience and knowledge to students who intend to start their own businesses or work in small and growth-oriented organizations. Establish and improve educational and cooperative partnerships focused on entrepreneurship between the business environment and capital owners, examining successful entrepreneurs and increasing their numbers. Conduct economic research aimed at achieving development, increasing gross national income, employment, higher tax collection, export growth, and cultural and democratic development through entrepreneurs.Create support mechanisms to enhance local and regional entrepreneurship in Çanakkale province, develop existing and potential private projects, and facilitate the sharing of all kinds of knowledge.Engage in activities to unearth and develop the abilities and entrepreneurial activities of university students. Foster entrepreneurship capability and spirit across generations, educate individuals who will contribute to the success of advanced technology ventures, develop their abilities, and manage relevant academic research topics. Train well-educated entrepreneurial thinkers, prepare students for evolving business environments, and encourage their research. Contribute to increasing the welfare level by establishing and developing new successful small businesses, increasing employment. Facilitate internship opportunities for aspiring student entrepreneurs in companies, prepare theses on entrepreneurial culture by researching entrepreneurship investment, export, growth, social support, and leadership principles, and organize scientific meetings with the participation of industrialists, entrepreneurs, and businessmen.

Conduct research on women entrepreneurs. Conduct studies to educate small and medium-sized enterprises on entrepreneurial culture and improving their existing businesses. Establish this center to publish research related to entrepreneurship.
